01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing benesserecibo.it and engaging our professional nutrition consultancy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the site or booking consultations.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Benessere Cibo, headquartered at Corso Vittorio Emanuele II 48, 10123 Torino TO, Italy. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised conditions.
02. Service Boundaries
Benessere Cibo provides evidence-based dietary guidance, personalized metabolic meal planning, and lifestyle habit coaching. Our services are designed for English-speaking clients in Italy seeking to optimize their health through Mediterranean-informed nutritional science.
Explicit Limitations:
- We do not provide medical diagnoses or "cure" protocols for chronic conditions.
- Dietary plans are personalized based on the data provided by the client; accuracy is the client's responsibility.
- Weight loss results are subject to individual metabolic variables and adherence; no specific outcome is guaranteed.
03. Cancellation & Refunds
Scheduling professional consultations requires dedicated clinical preparation. To maintain operational efficiency, we enforce a strict notification window:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to do so results in a 100% service fee charge.
Completed consultations and issued digital nutritional blueprints are non-refundable due to the custom professional labor involved.
04. Limitation of Liability
Benessere Cibo and its consultants shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or health complications resulting from the application of our nutritional advice.
Clients are explicitly advised to consult with their primary healthcare physician before starting any new dietary or supplementation protocol, particularly if they have underlying medical conditions or are taking prescription medications.
05. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turin (Torino), Italy.
